How does this auction work?
Browse the available items and choose the one you’re interested in. Each item gives you the option to Buy Now at the listed price or Make an Offer.
If you select Buy Now and complete checkout, the item is yours. If you submit an offer, you’ll be notified if your offer is accepted. Once an accepted offer is purchased, the item is yours.
Who benefits from this auction?
This auction is hosted by Love’s Travel Stops in support of Arkansas Children’s Hospital. Your participation helps make this fundraising event a success.
What happens after I purchase an item?
Once your purchase is complete, your order will be prepared for shipment. Items will ship within 10 business days of purchase.
How will I know when my item ships?
Once your item has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided during checkout.
How does “Make an Offer” work?
Select Make an Offer on the item you’re interested in and submit your offer. If your offer is accepted, you’ll be given the opportunity to complete the purchase at the accepted price.
Submitting an offer does not mean you have purchased the item. The transaction is complete only after an accepted offer has been successfully purchased.
Can someone else buy an item while my offer is being considered?
Yes. Unless otherwise stated, an item remains available for purchase until a transaction has been completed. Using Buy Now is the best option if you don't want to risk losing an item while your offer is being considered.
Are the items guaranteed?
Yes. We stand behind every item with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If there is an issue with your purchase, contact us and we will work to refund, replace, or repair the item as appropriate.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible and provide details and photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.
Are autographed items authentic?
When an item includes an autograph, the product description will identify any authentication or documentation included with that specific item. Please review the individual listing for details before purchasing.
Are all sales final?
Because these items are being offered as part of a fundraising auction, purchases are generally considered final. However, our 100% satisfaction guarantee still applies if an item arrives damaged, is materially different from its description, or has another legitimate issue.
